SAUVIGNON FRIULI AQUILEIA DOC 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Selected yeasts are introduced to bring out its aromas. This is followed by a period of aging on “fine lees”. Elegant and well pronounced fruity and floralaromas on the nose followed by pink grapefruit, passion fruit, white peach, hawthorn, green pepper, tomato leaf and sage with a good acidity. 92 points Silver Medal Decanter World Wine Awards 2021.
